In Ethiopia, a thousand people heard the Gospel through an eye clinic

In Ethiopia, a thousand people heard about Jesus Christ through the charity eye clinic of the international ministries Christ is the Answer.

During their stay in Ethiopia, the Ministries team organized not only an evangelistic crusade, but also charitable eye clinics for local residents, including Muslims. Several qualified ophthalmologists checked the vision of one thousand people over the course of four days. Everyone who needed glasses received them as a gift.

“God gave us the opportunity to improve not only spiritual, but also physical vision, which is why we conduct free eye clinics, including in Ethiopia. In addition, it is a big help for Ethiopians, many of whom live below the poverty line. They glorify God for this and become more open to receiving God’s word that we bring to them. We want to expand this ministry in other countries as well, so as to reach as many people as possible with the Gospel,” commented the Director of the Ministries, Taras Sen.

The ministry of eye clinics is one of the tools of the Christ is the Answer ministries to spread the Good News. This service currently covers 11 regions of Ukraine, provinces of Ethiopia and Cambodia. One ophthalmologist can reach up to 90 people for one such campaign.
